Note: Existing Pokémon Bank subscriptions are independent of the Pokémon HOME Premium Plan. Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter were available to use at no cost for one month after the release of Pokémon HOME.
Press the A Button when prompted to by the on-screen instructions, select Use Pokémon Bank, and then press the A Button. use home button to return to home menu, shut down Pokemon transfer and shut off system. allow the application to transfer the entire box of Pokemon as it was designed to do, make sure it said it was saved on Pokemon transfer and game card. B)select Pokemon transfer from home menu. In a recent effort to continue down playing the use of illegal Pokémon in tournaments, the Pokémon Bank and Transporter will block illegally obtained Pokémon from being uploaded to the Bank. use home button to get back to home menu. The Poké Transporter cannot return Pokémon to Pokémon Black or White, or to Pokémon Black 2 or White 2 after they have been stored in an online Box. A message will display saying, “Your pass has expired. this is a step by step, if that is needed by anybody: A)put all Pokemon (up to 30) you want to transfer into 'box one' on the BW/B2W2 game card and SAVE the game. Please connect your Nintendo 3DS family system to the internet and update your system first. If you haven’t started your Nintendo 3DS family system in a while, you may be asked to update your system. 
Start Pokémon Bank on your Nintendo 3DS family system.If your Pokémon Bank subscription has expired, you can check if there are still Pokémon stored in your Pokémon Bank Boxes by following the steps below. You can find additional information on connecting Pokémon HOME with Pokémon Bank here.

(For steps on how to download the software update from the HOME Menu, go to How to Download Software Updates from the HOME Menu.) Once the download is complete, the update will automatically be applied. Download the Pok Transporter Update on Nintendo eShop. If you enroll in a Premium Plan (paid) for Pokémon HOME, you can connect Pokémon HOME with Pokémon Bank and then move Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME. What to Do: Perform a system update to ensure you have the most up-to-date version.
